I would like to extend a warm congratulations to some wonderful people that I've gotten to know really well over this pass year. Kristal and Josh you are a wonderful couple and I had a blast yesterday shooting your engagement photos. I am sooooo looking forward to your wedding day, the day went very well although we had to fight the heat your pictures are gorgeous. Here is a few from the session;

Today I had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful family of four, Royace, Issac, Brandon and Raegan. They were as handsome as can be, Issac was a little upset upon arrival but we manage to smooth things over a little while into the session. I was able to get a smile out of him before he left, Brandon actually wanted to come home with me, and if I didn't already have four of my own he probably could have come. I have this friend that has five kids and she always has someone else's children too, and she always says "girl go ahead and leave them they will just blend in" I 'm sorry, but not at my house. Maybe when mine are all grown up.

Brandon you are more than welcome to come and hang out with the boys when the girls are gone, then you will just fill in the gap of them not being here.

Tyler's 2

Happy Birthday Tyler!  This was the cutest little one, he was just as handsome as can be. Tyler would not smile for me to save his little life, let alone smile he barely wanted to look at the camera. He was just as busy as any 2 year old would be. Tyler's dad knew how to make him smile, around the end of the party the ride-on train arrived and that seemed to make his day. Thanks Derrick and Tangelia I really enjoyed photographing your little one.

Rita and Ronald Bell

Today was a beautiful day, and an awesome one for a photo-shoot.  Today I had the opportunity to shoot the Couples Contest Winners: Mr. Ronald and Rita Bell. We  had an awesome time on this beautiful day.

When Rita entered the contest she sent me a picture that someone had taken at some event she had attended and in the picture there was a garbage can in the background. She explained to me that, that was the best one she could find of her and her husband and that she could really use some updated pictures of the two of them without the garbage can background. So she entered and she won.

She was so excited that she went and got all made over, we met and she looked like she was on her way out somewhere other than to take pictures. She got up early for her shoot and was all prepared. (I like people like her, she had it all together even her husband).

They were like high school sweethearts, being all goofy and all the love between the two of the showed all over their smiles. Thanks Ron and Rita and Happy Valentines Day!
